Josen Saigu is brewed by Asahi Syuzou in Mie using Gohyakumangoku rice polished to 70%. Mie Prefecture's proximity to the Ise Jingu Grand Shrine has long shaped its sake culture, and the Saigu name references this regional heritage. A clean, lightly dry table sake suited to everyday food pairing.
