Josen Kiyosujonobunaga Onikoroshibin is an 'oni-koroshi' style sake from Kiyosuzakura Brewery in Aichi, meaning the sake is so dry it is said to 'kill demons.' Named after Oda Nobunaga and Kiyosu Castle, this bottling delivers a sharp, very dry character with minimal residual sweetness.
