Description
Brewed using the traditional kimoto method, this junmai daiginjo shows aromas of pear, green apple, steamed rice, and yogurt. Layered umami and bright acidity carry through to a clean finish. Made from Sakanishiki rice polished to 45 percent in Shimane, it reaches an ABV of 14 percent.
