Description

Brewed by hand using traditional methods, including steaming in an old fashioned steamer and pressing with a wooden fune press, this junmai has a violet aroma and notes of plum on the palate. It shows a soft, relaxed, and expansive texture, with a ricey sweetness typical of umami leaning sake. Produced in Izumo, Shimane Prefecture.
