Inata Honten Co.,Ltd
Tottori
We are a long-established sake brewery located in Yonago City, Tottori Prefecture, dating back to the Edo period. Since the first year of Enpo (1673), we have dedicated ourselves to the art of sake brewing while preserving the local sake culture of the San'in region.
Surrounded by the abundant nature at the foot of Mount Daisen in the Chugoku region, our brewery produces brands such as 'Inadahime' and 'Top Suirai.'
In this region with a climate and environment conducive to sake brewing, we have both 'good water' and 'good rice,' coupled with the dedication of our brewers (tōji). All of these elements come together to create 'Inada no Sake
