Inatahime Junmai Ginjo Inatahime Namagenshu - Junmai Ginjo sake from Inata Honten Co.,Ltd, Tottori
Description

In 1967, Inata Honten became the first brewery in Tottori Prefecture to produce junmai, sake brewed without any added distilled alcohol, a declaration of craft principle that defined the brewery's direction for generations to come. Founded in 1673, the brewery draws its name from Inatahime, the mythological Princess of the Rice Field in Japanese creation stories. Rice for this namagenshu is Gohyakumangoku grown by a single Tottori farmer, Yabuuchi Farm, polished to 55% and bottled unpasteurized and undiluted. Ripe apple on the nose, lime and fresh grass on the palate, a soft clean mouthfeel that carries the full, undiminished character of the harvest.

Tottori
We are a long-established sake brewery located in Yonago City, Tottori Prefecture, dating back to the Edo period. Since the first year of Enpo (1673), we have dedicated ourselves to the art of sake brewing while preserving the local sake culture of the San'in region. Surrounded by the abundant nature at the foot of Mount Daisen in the Chugoku region, our brewery produces brands such as 'Inadahime' and 'Top Suirai.' In this region with a climate and environment conducive to sake brewing, we have both 'good water' and 'good rice,' coupled with the dedication of our brewers (tōji). All of these elements come together to create 'Inada no Sake
