Description

Using 100 % of the rice -friendly rice "flowering" in Aomori Prefecture, we riceed up to 50 % and fermented at low temperatures. We provide an unfiltered raw sake where "middle pump", which is not applied to air pressure during squeezing, is provided by non -filtered raw sake. The expression of unfiltering is expressed as "solid". Please enjoy the taste of squeezed.
