Description

Ikegame Junmai Ginjo 55 Murokanamagenshu Nakadori is the center-cut (nakadori) fraction from Ikegame Shuzo in Kurume, Fukuoka, pressed at a 55% rice polishing ratio and bottled without filtration, pasteurization, or dilution. Nakadori is widely regarded as the most balanced and refined portion of the press, delivering cleaner aromas and a more harmonious flavor compared to the first-run arabashiri. Retained as muroka namagenshu, this expression showcases the purest character of the brewery's ginjo fermentation.
