Description
Ikegame Junmai Ginjo 55 Murokanamagenshu Arabashiri is the first-run fraction (arabashiri) from Ikegame Shuzo in Kurume, Fukuoka, pressed at a 55% rice polishing ratio without filtration, pasteurization, or dilution. Arabashiri, the initial free-run portion of pressing, is the most vigorous and lively cut, with a bold, slightly rough character and pronounced fermentation aromas. The muroka, nama, and genshu designations together preserve the sake in its most raw and expressive state.
