Description
Brewed with Miyagi-grown Kura no Hana rice polished to 45%, this junmai daiginjo from Uchigasaki Brewery — the oldest sake producer in Miyagi, founded in 1661 — is crafted using traditional cold-weather brewing and Nanbu Toji techniques. It took Gold at the IWC 2024 in the junmai daiginjo category, and has won Gold at the National New Sake Awards. Gentle, elegant aromas lead into a full, unhurried richness with a clean, satisfying finish.
