At the 150th anniversary of our founding, we wanted to make alcohol that represents the present of Sekiya brewing. It is a high -quality sake that carefully brings out the taste of rice in the climate of Okumikawa. The sake that uses the sake brew -like rice "Yume Mountain Water", which is grown in -house in the raw rice, and has been working on the best results in all processes starting with rice making.
