"Ichinoshin Fudo" special Junmai sake that uses rice dreams suitable for local sake brewing. It features a mellow umami of aged raw sake and a sharp acidity.
We have been making sake brewing since 1864 in the mountainous area of Aichi Prefecture, Okumikawa. We also work on the cultivation of sake rice, and manufactures and sells shochu made from sake lees as a raw material.
