Description
Junmai Ginjo Sake, which uses "Omachi" from Akaiwa, Okayama Prefecture in a luxurious manner, is brewed in raw. Phoenix Mida's raw sake has been aged to a further stage by passing summer, and the deeper drink makes the mouth feel smooth, gentle and creamy. If you warmly warm at room temperature, you can enjoy it as a alcohol that will gently snuggle up to everyone.
