Houou Biden Asahimai Junmai Ginjo Shu - Junmai Ginjo sake from Kobayashi Shuzo, Tochigi
Description

"Asahi" is a very old variety of rice currently distributed. Almost only the original variety that has not been mixed with population, and the US quality is hard rice and is hard to handle Ginjo compared to Yamada Nishiki and Ayama. However, you can express the fluffy and powerful "Asahi" original taste of "Asahi", which is spun into the modern era in the same form. This is where only many years of accumulated value that cannot be expressed by modern rice and technology. Asahi has a long history and has become a lot of roots, as it is said to be the "tail tail" in the east and the "Asahi" in the west. Because it is an Asahi that inherits the appearance of the original species as it is, it expresses a powerful and dignified charm by filling the water sufficiently and finished in a swelling steamed rice. As the temperature rises, you can enjoy the gentle flavor of rice and the rich and soft mouthfeel.
