Description

Wakamizu, an Aichi-developed sake rice variety, is milled to 65% for this junmai from Yamaboshi Shuzo, a brewery founded in 1839 at the foot of the Kiso River basin in Aichi's Konan city. Kisogawa underground spring water and Ibuki mountain breezes characterize the local brewing environment, producing a solid, honest junmai suited to everyday drinking.
