Honjozo nigorizake from Sogen Sake Brewery in Suzu, Ishikawa, brewed with Ishikawa-grown Gohyakumangoku and glutinous rice at 65% polish. Produced at one of Noto Peninsula's oldest breweries and birthplace of the Noto toji tradition, this active cloudy sake carries gentle carbonation, creamy moromi sweetness, and a clean, lively finish.
