Description

Honjozo from Sogen Sake Brewery in Suzu, Ishikawa, with rice polished to 65%. The brewery, founded in 1768 and recognized as the birthplace of the Noto toji tradition, is one of the oldest on the Noto Peninsula and uses Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo's special A region even in its standard lineup.
