Description
Crafted at a Fukui brewery founded in 1904, this honjozo is made with Echizen's soft underground water and follows a traditional one-koji, two-moto, three-brewing process. The brewery draws from snowmelt-fed aquifers along the Hakusan mountain range for its brewing water.
