Homarekokko shirorabel Kimoto - Junmai sake from Tsuchida Shuzo Co.,Ltd, Gunma
Description

Honorary Kokumitsu renewed Mountain abolition Junmai Sake Honorary Kunito White Label The usual honorary country light that is clean Adopt the Edo period manufacturing method "raw motto preparation" Founded Meiji 40 years. "Honorary Kokumitsu" in the northern Tone Numata area, northern Gunma Prefecture. "Honorary Kokumitsu" will continue to evolve in order to keep this local sake loved by the local community for the next generation. It is a good tradition to continue to build the same quality, but I think that it is the fate of the sake brewery to continue to change and survive as accepted in that era. Junmai sake that prepares rice from Gunma Prefecture almost without scraping off. Adopted the Edo period manufacturing method "Raw Moto preparation". We chose to change to keep the local sake loved by local people in the next generation.
