Hokosugi Taruzake Genshu is a honjozo from Kawabu Jozo in Taki, Mie, aged in cedar barrels that impart a distinctive woody fragrance to the full-strength undiluted sake. The combination of honjozo richness and cedar aromatics produces a characterful, traditional-style sake.
