A tokubetsu junmai from Komatsu Shuzojo in Oita, brewed with Ooita Mii rice, a locally grown variety suited to the region's terroir. Released as a muroka namazake, it is unfiltered and unpasteurized, preserving the fresh, raw character of the fermentation. The label Hojun reflects the brewery's focus on rich, full-flavored styles.
