Hiroki Shuppinginjo is a competition-grade ginjo from Hiroki Shuzo Honten in Aizusakashita, Fukushima, crafted to demonstrate the pinnacle of the brewery's technical skill. Highly polished Yamada Nishiki and meticulous low-temperature fermentation produce an exceptionally refined, aromatic sake with flawless balance and a clean, lingering finish.
