Description

Izumikawa Junmai Ginjo Funakuchi Honnama is the unpasteurized direct-press (funakuchi) version of the Izumikawa label from Hiroki Shuzo Honten in Fukushima, bottled fresh from the pressing tank without pasteurization. This seasonal expression preserves vibrant freshness and lively aromatics absent from the pasteurized version, offering a raw, immediate expression of Yamada Nishiki and Gohyakumangoku rice.
