Brewed to be an approachable, everyday-quality sake, it reflects the brewery's longstanding traditions of clean fermentation and balanced flavor using Akita's abundant soft water. Despite its humble grade, it carries the foundational quality standards that have made Hinomaru Jozo one of Akita's most respected producers since 1689.
