Description
One of the first breweries in Japan to convert entirely to junmai production after World War II, this Saitama kura uses Chichibu mountain aquifer water to create a full-bodied, dry junmai with firm structure. The sake is aged for a minimum of two years before release and is particularly well-suited to warm serving temperatures.
