🍶
Description
Made with Ine Mankai, an ancient purple-black rice grown in Kyoto's Ine town, polished to 88%, this sake's distinctive rose-red color comes from natural anthocyanin pigments in the grain. The flavor is characteristically sweet-tart with a complexity likened to rosé wine, and served at G20 Osaka in 2019.
