The 7th generation brewery, Mr. Yoshiyoshi Ogawahara, did not compromise on sake brewing, and in search of the essence, the border of Junmai sake that arrived, a long -aged pure rice sake. Tank storage is accompanied by a large risk in storage than bottle storage, but the taste, deep taste, and lingering are born for the first time after long -term aging with tank storage. It is a new world of pure rice sake. The long -term aging series is aged sake for more than 10 years. The 7th generation brewery, Yoshiyuki Ogawahara, did not compromise on Sake brewing, but sought the essence and arrived at the state of Junmaishu, long-term aged Junmaishu.
