Description
A junmai ginjo muroka genshu brewed from contract-grown Dewa Sansan rice polished to 55% using the kimoto method, released twice yearly as a limited seasonal offering. The sake is unfiltered and undiluted, preserving an alcohol level around 18%, and shows an elegant ginjo aroma with fresh, fruity acidity balanced by kimoto depth.
