The sake "Hojo" has been brought out by storing it in the warehouse for two years, the lightness that spreads in the mouth, and the lightness that disappears in a faint lingering lingering sound. It is a delicious and sharp sake. In the past, the name of our sake "Toyo -Sou", which was a brewing test site of the Toyosumi group, has been revived.
