🍶
Description
It is an aged liquor of sweet Junmai raw sake from 2009 brewing. The sweetness of rice spreads in the solid body and the lingering lingering remains. It is a liquor that can be enjoyed as it is, but it goes well with Chinese food using black vinegar. It is an old sake that is not too heavy, so it is also recommended for introductory older sake.
