Hakuran Namazume

🍶
Description

Hakuran Namazume is a honjozo-grade sake from Hakuran Shuzo in Miyoshi, Hiroshima, produced using the namazume method, which involves a single pasteurization at bottling rather than the standard double-pasteurization. This technique preserves more of the sake's fresh aromatic character while extending shelf stability. Hiroshima's exceptionally soft water contributes to its smooth, rounded texture.
