Hakuran is produced by Hakuran Shuzo, a brewery located in Miyoshi City, Hiroshima Prefecture. The brewery makes sake rooted in the character of the local region alongside naturally fermented products and barrel-aged rice shochu. Its offerings include brewery-exclusive expressions as well as sake available through nationwide mail order.
