Hakuran Josen

Hakuran Josen is the standard-grade offering from Hakuran Shuzo in Hiroshima, providing an everyday entry point to the brewery's soft-water ginjo tradition established in one of Japan's three great sake-producing regions. Josen ('upper grade') is a traditional designation reflecting consistent, reliable quality above the basic table sake tier, suited to daily meals in the Hiroshima style. The brewery's Saijo district location, home to eight breweries clustered near JR Saijo Station, gives it access to the region's celebrated brewing water and collective craft heritage.
