Description

Hakugoku Tokusen is a honjozo polished to 65% from Kawachishuzo on Tsushima island, Nagasaki. Brewed with the island's soft natural water, the sake reflects the brewery's tradition of slow, low-temperature fermentation and has earned multiple gold medals including at the Fukuoka National Tax Agency regional competition.
