Description
Hakugoku Josen comes from Kawachishuzo, the only remaining sake brewery on Tsushima island in Nagasaki, founded in 1919. The brewery uses Tsushima's naturally soft water, which produces the house style's characteristic gentle sweetness and approachable, smooth texture.
