Year after year, the craftsmanship of our brewers has been honed by continuing to make the best sake. Yamada Nishiki and Gohyakumangoku rice that have been carefully selected for this sake are polished to 45%, all handmade koji, and daiginjo brewed with "Raiden-sama no Shimizu", which is spring water from Mt. Hakkaisan. . A fine, mellow and beautiful taste, with a faintly elegant sweetness that complements the food.
