At the beginning of Tenmei (around 1781), the first generation of the Tsukano family, Yoshitsu Tsukano, started making sake brewing under the name of Kawachiya, the store of Jinya. On the other hand, "Koshi Sake Brewery" began brewing in 1987 as a storehouse that manufactures and sells only specific names, Daiginjo Sake, Ginjo Sake, Junmai Sake, in Toyoe City. In the fall of 1963, we have achieved the feat of won 17 consecutive prizes from the 47th Kanto Shinetsu National Tax Bureau Sake Appraisal. The two companies, the tradition and technique, merged in November 1996 to become "overkurako -brewing", and started manufacturing and selling in Suwon Jubanda. In addition, we won the Gold Award at the 85th National Sake Appraisal.
