Nakatsugi sunigori from Kutsukake Shuzo's Go series is a lightly cloudy ('suni-nigori') junmai ginjo namagenshu released at the middle stage of fermentation tank draws. This unpasteurized, undiluted sake shows fine lees in suspension, delivering creamy texture, vibrant acidity, and an expressive raw sake character.
