Description

Made from Grade A Yamada Nishiki rice grown in the Tojo district of Hyogo and milled to 60 percent, this junmai ginjo opens with aromas of melon, green apple, and toasted grain. The palate moves from fruit into savory notes of cereal and toasted wheat, finishing dry with a light, tannin like astringency and a playful acidity.
