Description
Made in Aichi with rice polished to fifty percent, this Junmai Ginjo has a bright nose of pear, apple, melon, and citrus with hints of fig and white chocolate. The palate is fresh, crisp, and lively, carrying an integrated acidity and a touch of tannin like dryness that appeals to wine drinkers. Flavors of melon, grape, and mineral water lead into a quick, clean finish with a lingering umami note.
