Description
This junmai nigori genshu from the Aizu region of Fukushima is brewed using rice from the local basin and spring water from the foothills of Mount Bandai and the Iide range. Polished to 70% and bottled at 18% ABV with an acidity of 1.7, the sake is full-flavored and clean, with the richness typical of unpasteurized, undiluted nigori.
