Description

Genshu Sasanotsuyu Shirotokkuri from Kanei Brewing in Kanagawa is the white ceramic bottle counterpart to the Kurotokkuri, presenting an undiluted genshu sake in an elegant vessel that reflects regional craft traditions. Kanei Brewing Company

Kanagawa
Hidoro Sano, the fourth -generation brewery, has created a new sake brewing, and has created a brand of Shirasasa Tsunazumi, a brand related to Shirasasa Inari, who prayed for business prosperity and good harvest. Its rich taste has been handed over to the long -selling original sake "Sasa no Russia" for 30 years. In addition, we are trying to make sake that makes use of traditions in the "Mozart" series, a famous sake "Mozart" series, which has been listened to Mozart with koji mold.
