Genshu Sasanotsuyu Shirotokkuri from Kanei Brewing in Kanagawa is the white ceramic bottle counterpart to the Kurotokkuri, presenting an undiluted genshu sake in an elegant vessel that reflects regional craft traditions. The genshu designation means the sake retains its full fermentation concentration, delivering a richer texture and more pronounced flavor than water-adjusted versions.
