Description

Junmai daiginjo brewed in Fujiseda, Shizuoka using Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 40% and Shizuoka HD-1 yeast. The Shizuoka Gourmet tasting note records pear and green apple aromas, a soft round entry, and a firm dry finish, with the soft Setogawa River aquifer water contributing a transparent, clean quality throughout.
