Futabasan Matsumidori Honjozo Hiyaoroshi is a seasonal autumn release polished to 60%, brewed in winter and stored through summer at Sasamesoubee Shoten in Kasama, Ibaraki. Hiyaoroshi sake undergoes a single pasteurization before summer storage, then ships without a second heat treatment, giving a mature, rounded character.
