Futabasan Matsumidori Kuradashigenshu is an undiluted, cellar-released sake polished to 70%, drawn directly from tank without water addition at Sasamesoubee Shoten in Kasama, Ibaraki. Genshu retains the full concentration of the original mash and typically shows greater body and alcohol presence than adjusted sake.
