Description

Futabasan Matsumidori Nigorizake is a cloudy sake polished to 70% from Sasamesoubee Shoten in Kasama, Ibaraki, sacred sake purveyor to the Kasama Inari Shrine. Nigorizake is coarsely filtered so rice solids remain in suspension, giving a milky appearance and a rich, starchy sweetness.
