Funaotaki Daiginjo Furosuto uses Yamada Nishiki polished to 35% from Shibasaki Shuzo in Gunma. Frost-labeled in the Funaotaki Daiginjo series, it shares the same high-polish Yamada Nishiki base and Haruna mountain spring water as the flagship expression, with a mellowed, soft-structured character.
