Hiyaoroshi is a summer-matured sake released in autumn after a single pasteurization, and this genshu version is bottled at full undiluted strength, delivering a fruity aroma, the characteristic sweetness of contract-grown Hitogokochi, and a wine-glass-award-winning Gold Medal profile.
