Fukumuryo futsushu from Kutsukake Shuzo in Ueda, Nagano, is brewed with rice polished to 70% at a brewery with over 300 years of history on the old Hokkoku Kaido highway. An honest, everyday expression from a kura whose name wishes boundless good fortune upon all who drink.
