Fukumuryo Daiginjo Sannenjukusei Genshu from Kutsukake Shuzo in Ueda, Nagano, is a highly polished, undiluted sake aged for three years at the brewery founded during the Genroku era. The extended maturation adds honeyed depth and complexity to the pristine daiginjo base, named after the Avalokitesvara Sutra's verse on boundless blessings.
